Immature Dretch Worm Larvae

Apparently this worm larvae used to drop in a zone called The Deep about a year ago. It was nerfed and the zone it dropped in was removed from the game. The effect is now a clicky 200 mana for 550 HP, which is still great since there is no other caster ammo slot item in the game. I'd like this item to drop again, so the new generations of casters can acquire this useful clicky.

the water is only like a 40 ft semicircle

the rest is just noobbait fall dmg
