I was thinking about how by the tier/time invested to do this quest and finish it the clickie is pretty much useless it doesn't stack with CotP, The 15 atk doesn't out weight the proc from froggy idol, seems like a wasted quest atm, but since it has a wolf form on it maybe add some kind of movement speed mod to the wolf form? or just have it right click SoW? Seems like by the time you can do this quest you will have better then what it supplys, The 10 or 15 bonus to cold is nice but still doesn't out weight the dps from Warefrog or CotP. just my 2 cents but i feel this item in its current state isn't worth the trouble to get.
Then as for the stats on the boots, by this tier you have your DI someware else in a much better spot then your feet witch for a melee is probably the 44% haste or your neck from IP but there are still far better boots to be had, for a tank something along the lines of Spectral Treads, The stats minus the hp and mana are useless far better in that aspect drop from weaker/less time invested things. And even the hp/mana/ac is meh when compared to other on tier or close tier boots and there stats and/or focus effects are far better.
