I'm stuck at the begining of the game!

Yeah, I know, it sound dumb, but how do you escape from the dream after creating your character?
I talked to the first still shadows at the begining, then followed the path to the huge building. Talked to the 2
gards, and then talked to the First, the Second, the Third, and the the Last. Some gave me some items, but nothing happens after the Last talked to me.
Any idea of what I'm missing?

Follow the dialog with The Last. You give her 2 or 3 responses, then she translocates you out to your starting city.

You need to repeat the words in brackets. So from your screenshot, you need to say "What is this new purpose?" and she will continue.

If a quest giver gives you multiple choices (multiple phrases in brackets), you much choose and say one.

There's the dude in the middle who zones you the fuck out, iirc.

You need to speak whats in the yellow text in the chat bar. -[What is this new purpose?] so try '/say What is this new purpose?' with The last targeted.

Are there another things like this I should know before being stuked again stupidly? I'm a total beginer at this game, and MMO in general, so even the more trivial tips are welcome.

One of the best resources IMHO is the Wiki. Being new, you may not even know what that is. I know my first month playing SoD I'd ask a question in /ooc (thinking it was zone wide rather than server wide I may add), and the famous reply 9 out of 10 times was "check the Wiki."
