i have the newport sergeant ring now (i did the turn ins of the 3 items)... I also was approached by the little hobbit fellow.. went talked to the bar keep guy, said i wont tell anyone (need the plat) so i have the chaotic flag.. i went back to capt thalas to tell him not to search.. and when I hail him, he offers me the quest to gather those 10 herbs/ 10 foods and tool kit thing again.. as if i didnt do that long quest (took me all day today to gather those things...
