If I could have chosen my race, iksar would have been the best choice from the innate ac. Now alot of ppl preach halfling from their benefits to taunt and their DA special, but if you have decent agro weapons and your raid keeps you alive than those specials are moot and the innate AC from iksar will still be worth more. Note this is highend and that race abilities were enforced on a significant amount of people after their race choice.
