Iksar necro GM quests.

I've completed the first quests from the Iksar Necro GM, the one's where you get the cap, the robe, and the toothbrush 1hb. I'm stuck on the part where you need four dark runes from Miela. I've received one from the Froglok Sentinels roaming around, and one from the Froglok Neophytes roaming around. I've killed just about everything in there a number of times and not seen the other two drop. I heard one drops from the necromancer apprentice near the zone in, but I've killed him too many times to count and still no dark runes. Has anyone completed this quest, and if so can you point me in the right direction? Thanks.

The necromancer apprentice does indeed drop one of the runes. I had to kill him a handfull of times or more to get the drop, but he did drop it. The other one comes from the froglok enchanter that also drops that bow that has the effect sicken on it.

Out of curiosity, what's t he reward for this quest? logged a ton of hours in miela and not had the necro apprentice drop the dark runes. Also, where does the enchanter spawn? Thanks for your help.
