I was wondering if there will be Tome/Spell input threads for all the classes. The new spells thread sort of faded away and was hindered by being unable to comment on anything other than the general theme of spells due to many of the numbers not being finalized. Will there be another thread pre-release when the numbers are ironed out so that players can weigh in and possible changes can be made?
 
Is there anywhere specific to voice input or questions about the spells? Also are the current spells for each class set in stone by this point?
 
No and no.

In all honesty the smidgen of relevant information you get from the parser is not enough to make an opinion on most of the spells. That being said I am not at all against a player made thread discussing the spells but you will not be seeing anything official as of now. The rare exception will be when we need an idea for a specific spell and post - but that will be few and far between if even done at all.
 
Could you give us any details on how Dirge of the Stalwart and Agent of Kaezul will work?

Will the HP/AC of Dirge remain after the rune is used up and will it take a song or spell slot? Will it be subject to string mods?

I am assuming there is more to Agent of Kaezul than the AC buff, can you give us any information on how it's intended to work? Also because of that AC component will the pet take a buff slot like a familiar/be prevented from being summoned if you don't have a slot free?

I understand numbers and such will change, I just want an idea of how these two will work since it's hard to get an idea from the parser alone, as you said.

Based on other, similar songs I can guess at the following.

Like niv's harmoic, where any magic damage taken drops the ac buff, dirge of the stalwart will drop the ac boost when melee damage is taken. The hp is actually a heal, so that will stay. Can't say if runes are affected by mods, but I am told AC is and I suspect the heal will be affected as well. Supposedly, songs with % mods are the only songs unaffected by mods.

The duration on all traditional pets is unlimited, and my parser lists the duration of Agent of Kaezul as 2 ticks, so I suspect the spell will not work like a familiar. I'm also hoping the 2 ticks is a parser error because if not 50 AC for 2 ticks isn't worth the cost of a few defluxes in a fight.

Stalwart Dirge is actually a 40 minute raid-wide buff if the old spell discussion thread is to be believed so that's why I'm curious about whether the rune being eaten removes the AC and HP. If it does and this song is also unaffected by mods it will shape up to be fairly useless.

In my parser it's a 3 tick buff and it's not meant to be raid wide. It's not meant to be a constant song in your melody, but one you switch to when the situation requires it. Hence the 500 mana cost.

Also there is no hp buff component to the song. It's a heal. The ac will certainly only take effect while the rune is present. As for mods, it's likely they will be affected since Niv's AC is modded as well.
 
You are really overstating your case here, part of the reason I asked was to get clarification if it will indeed be a buff and not a pulsing song as stated in the last thread.

-Runic: Dirge of the Stalwart: Raid wide BUFF (not a song) for 500 mana, lasts 40 minutes, increase HP and AC by 100, 300 point rune.

As Woldaff said earlier the parser is a poor thing to go off for some of these spells and it's possible the poster I am quoting had some more indepth knowledge about the nature of this specific song.

Also, Increase current hitpoints is actually an HP buff component not a heal.
