Igneous Cummerbund (Thaz Fire Boss) Who wears it?

Just wondering, cause Farhag belt and other lower tier belts are much better unless you need the fire focus, or are farming planar elementals...... It seems like it was supposed to be amazingly OP like the Thaz air mini shield, but the 3 mana per tick worn regen effect seems broken, making it most likely trash to everyone unless you need it for the aforementioned reasons. Wouldn't adding +1 or 2 FT to this make it a viable option for the tier? Who wears this thing? And I'm not talking about someone's loot grubbing buff bot or coattail twink. peace.

Yeah I saw that. Should just throw a FT or two on it and be done with it. Pretty obvious it was intended to have a FT aspect that is unintentionally not working.
 
Give it +3 ft and +30mana and its a bit better belt than hh one and a little worser than trio belt off spires.

I still wouldn't wear it on the wizard because I lose the evocation mod from the HH belt... At this level it is pretty tough to max evocation.

It is ? Last time i checked Goon Squad killed the same targets as Seven Virtues + more. Jonnaa isnt wearing hh belt or have the +3 evoc aug in the seed so thats a potential +5 extra evocation on that cap 25 he has. Cuci would have max evocation if she did her MQ or got a Seed + aug or HH belt.

While we kill the same mobs, Civin is mostly in T10 gear which is why at his gear level Evocation is a problem. Jonnaa has 3 items that I have never seen drop in MANY kills. Class bracer, Spire, and Ghan Back. Those are all mostly T11 mobs whereas Thaz is listed as a t0 mob.

Edit - I think the ghan back I saw drop went to another caster, but really it isn't relevant since at T10 it is pretty tough to max evocation (if not impossible.)

Well basicly a treasure hunter can get +26 evocation cause the range has +12 and the waist +14

we havnt had one drop... we have 1 caster in goons so it's not hard to check
 
Does Faylahs have this item? Does one of the casters that show up every once in a while have it? Have we rotted a bunch of them to the floor? Who knows, tune in next time on "watch our 'caster group' turn into another melee group"
 
Actually, now that I think about it. Who cares. The item is should not be fixed or changed even though the worn effect is not working as intended. Please toss this thread in the trash with extreme prejudice!

I use to swap treasure hunting items in to max evocation actually. Regardless, the on tier items at t9 and t10 lack evocation which is why a wizard would not want the belt even with the suggested upgrades over hh belt. Maybe the suggested upgrades would make it
