Currently this cloak, which drops off the lower water boss, is usable by WAR PAL RNG SHD MNK ROG BST and my request is that BRD be added to it also. Right now Bard is the only melee able class that isn't on the cloak, and much like the Flamestrike Mace it looks like it may have bee an oversight.
