Both of these cloaks are good, great stats, resists, HP etc. But they both drop in Thazeran's. A guild that can beat the event for the first cloak isn't far off from beating the event that drops the second. Having two cloaks so close together in terms of difficulty, but so far off in terms of stats seems a little wrong to me. It's obvious to see that the second cloak is much, much better (as it should be, it drops from a harder event) and is ALL/ALL.

I'd like to suggest that the Icy Silk Cloak be changed into a new tank only cloak and gain 15 AC and 15 HP/mana.

This is far too powerful and alone puts this cloak in a category of its own, nearing irreplacability.

I still don't think this would help it enough. The disparity between the two is pretty ridiculous.

I'm going to be toning the hp/mana and resists back slightly on lucid energy. Its full intention is a nice resist cloak though, which is why it's totally devoid of effects of any kind.

I don't think the resists need to be lowered, yes its 100 in total but they'll almost never be used at once. I can't think of any encounter that needs all 5 resists at once

If where those cloaks come from is really close together, from my point of view Rabb is right in pointing out how crazy good the second cloak is. 100 points of resists is pretty um....good?

Lucid Energy makes it sound like the MR FR and CR might make sense, but not the PR DR... but I dunno. I'm a newb.

I don't think the resists need to be lowered, yes its 100 in total but they'll almost never be used at once. I can't think of any encounter that needs all 5 resists at once

that's pretty irrelevant

items aren't balanced with the assumption that players carry bags and bags of resist gear

Tank classes haven't had a back-slot upgrade since Taeshlin. Possibly change the worn effect to +3 DR and 1% crit strike, while upping the HP/MANA and AC 15 points and lowering the resist to 20-25
