Used to be a damage shield. Does not appear to be working anymore.

Has the effect been changed?

"Iced Glazed Robe" - not being able to modify posts is silly

It must have changed, but I can't tell what it is. I looked at my cold resist with the robe and without and it was the same, and no bonus to cold based nukes, either. Maybe it's not working right now?
