I need quite a bit of help..

Problem one- Can't click the accept button.

Problem two- I know my characters old name, but not the account info I used to register...nobody will probally believe me, but I would love to get my character back :)

Any ideas anyone ?
 
sry to say it, but if i was a dev i wouldnt give you a character that you just know the name of...sounds too iffy. and as for the curser issue...are you sure the EQ program is the active window, not like yer browser or anything else? if there is another prog runnin in the background, IT may be the active window. try useing your system mouse to click the EQ window and see if the EQ curser will move then.

I can give race/class/level/name....i know that doesnt really help, i mean, i can give a list of emails/users it could be...but since i cant log in...i cant really find out if i remember it correctly or not. Thats my problem. Ive tried recalling the password...but doesnt work. Sounds like im tryin to take someones char though i guess. I havnt logged in since it was concidered WR. But yeah, was in the main window, but i cant even get to the Acct/Pass screen.
 
As far as clicking on the accept button, if you can't with your mouse, just hit TAB once and hit ENTER, that should get you through it.

As far as the account goes, you have to contact an admin for that.

I did the tab then enter thing....but it locks up on the EULA screen. Go figure. It has some text that pops up over accept then doesnt do anything.
 
i tried that new eqw and it works, i can click accept but now its acting like its regular eq...saying my user name and password isnt correct.
