I need help :(

I can NOT figure out how to get this game started. The patcher doesn't seem to be working. My AIM is Blade Vs Paper if anyone will help me Id really appreciate it

Did you download .net? It's a requirement for the patcher to work.

I get the patcher up of sod. After it downloads a bunch of shit - it dissapears and logs on to everquest.

Isn't that what it's supposed to do? It downloads whatever files need downloading and then logs into the game. I think we need a better description of what is wrong in this scenario.

hit the advanced button on the patcher then click full download or what ever it that button is. i had the same problem that vearsion of the patcher u get off the site seems to be a lil quarky at first

Okay - when I try to type in live somethng in the forum makes it say 'game' instead.


What happens is I try to run SODPatcher.

Shit starts downloading, but as soon as it's complete, a window for EQW beta 2.35a pops up and makes me start E.Q.
The SOD patcher dissapears and I never get past the patcher.

That's supposed to happen. Just click off "Run Patcher" in the EQW window and click play.

Okay I think it was about to start but now every time my whole screen goes black and a little window pops up and says eqgameexe has encountered a problem and needs to shut down.
