I keep getting disconnected

I keep gettin disconnected from eq when ever i start up it's either when i go to a different area, or when i first log on with my character, can somebody please help me?
 
Can you give me your system / setup information. It cant be helped unless you tell more about your computer and internet conneciton.

Do you use a router?
