i just started the game and a few issuse arose

the first of wich is that i have a geforce 6800 le and 2 gigs of ram yet it says i cant have the 4 new models i want on ... to be on

the second of which is that when im running around my screen is off center and chaning my reso has not fixed it .. is it possable to run the game out of windowed mode?
 
1) See tech support, there's a sticky for this.

2) The patcher has an advanced button that controls EQW/windowed.
