i have to repatch all everytime I play

i have to repatch all everytime I play SoD, or i will get an error after hitting play on server select :?

its an eqgame.exe error
 
Ya, I'm seeing the same on my system(win2k). Sometimes it'll work after the 1st patch-all(always removing my file.txt and clicking the repatch all button). But other times I have to try repatching and joining the server 4-5 times before I can get in. Once i'm in it's rock solid, cept for a random server reboot. But i'm loving my time on SoD and when I have enough :10bux:'s I'll be sending in my dontation.
 
I often run into this error and, as far as I can tell, it's random - just keep trying to join the server.

Edit: Seems to occur more often when the server's busy.
