I have no sound, is there sound in this private server?

In options I did turn on sound (clicked it to have the red arrow to the left of SOUND, that turns it on right?) How do I get sound going?
 
Yes, there is sound. Did you check your eqclient.ini file and make sure sound is turned on (I believe the setting should be set to true).
