i cant start to play

hey everybody, i finished downloading and installing winters roar two days ago. i was very happy cuz i was about to play everquest, but i got a problem. when i logged on to my account and the thing finished loading (the thing with the dwarf the mage and the dark elf) in the screen appeared some guy (looked human) and the camera going on circles around him zooming in and zooming out. On top of this man it said this:
Load [0 warrior]
Loading
I dont want to brag, but i got a really fast computer and i waited two hours for it to finsh loading but it didnt.
I want to play Winters roar, but i cant!
Can anyone please help me?

Here's my opinion, I could be wrong but I don't think I am.

It wasn't loading anything, you'd just come to the character select screen but you didn't have any characters. So the game displays a random human character. The character select screen typically shows the characters name, in this case "Load", then the level and class in brackets [0 Warrior]. The word "Loading" underneath that signifies that the character is in the Loading zone, which in this case, is what the game uses to display characters in on the server select screen.

The solution to your problem is just to click the buttons on the left hand side of your screen that say "Create New Character" or something similar to that.
 
Now it sounds like you've got a UI problem, try doing the WRfix for the UI again and see if that changes anything.
 
I did it a couple times now...

doesnt matter, i went against my will and... installed eq again. 5 hours of waiting, but it helped and now i am a human paladin, but im probly gonna use something else.
