I can't execute the patch file, help please

Hi ppl

I wait 10 hours for the retail patch and i cant execute the SoD patch.

He shows "sodpatcher.exe - Aplicative Error" and something like (0xc0000135). Click OK to finish the aplication.

What's wrong? can u help me?
