I am haunted by a tiny iksar send help

No matter where I go, I see a tiny iksar out of the corner of my eye or I see him in a crowd or outside of my house. I don't know what to do. Every time I go out in a public place I see him. I tried calling the police but they just laughed at me. Help :(
