Human racial bonus +5% experience not working?

So with this new feature that tells us how much experience we get after killing a monster, I've noticed this while botting an high elf. I am a human and we both get the same amount of exp? Bug, or does it account in after or something?

PS. Don't shit up the thread with your "Cry more it's 5 freaking percent" it's a racial bonus and if it hasnt been working for some time then in the long run I have "lost" a lot of experience.

The bonus seems to work, it just doesn't show up in the numbers. Just like an iksar sees the same #s as a barbarian.

The bonus works by making you have to get less EXP to level/AA, that's why it does not show up.

ah, thanks for the clarification.. But now this brings me to this, I've botted a iksar now.. and the iksar did get less exp per kill. Is it based on the same system? (It takes more exp for them to level up/aa) or bug?

If he's getting less EXP it's because he's lower level or some other factor.
