Well after quiting retail version over a year ago,I miss it. I played since beta and well.. yeah, You wouldn't understand the addiction I built up over this game :tinfoil:

Well I came to this site and wow im so excited about playing again!!

Anyway I have a question and maybe some of u can help/answer.. I was wondering will the evo lution pack be enough to kick in the patches? I have no cds for the game.. only the last thing i did before i quit was buy a friend evo lution on d 2 d and i still have a download ticket for that. All of my accts I just did the digital upgrade, didn't have to have any discs for that. So do I need titan xpac or will I be able to get in with evo and atleast check it all out before I get my discs in the mail? I don't mind buying the discs its the time involved on recieving them in the mail :dumbsad:

Well I tried and failed lol, did a digital purchase and downloading it now.. also they are mailing me the discs so Im happy again...sorta lol :toot:

Hey welcome to SoD!! You'll love it here, guaranteed. And yes, I know what you mean by that EQ addiction, been the same for me for years but due to life and work had to give up most of my gaming a couple of years ago. At that time I started playing here on a couple of other accounts I had then had to quit again but eventually came back, can't stay away completely LOL.

Just be sure to read, read, read here on the forums due to the many differences between Live and here, btw here is much better than live! In fact most will tell you to mostly forget what you knew on live because it won't cross over to here.

The best difference for me from live is the general attitude of the population, not like live at all. Most here are very friendly and helpful, as long as you follow the rules of the server, which is understandable.

So have a great time and look forward to seeing you in game or up here on the forums. If you need help give my monk, Stacy, a tell in game. Will be glad to either answer questions or point you in the right direction for information.
