Quess I should introduce myself. I an old eq player from Lanys. Started on Lanys about a month after the server went up and stayed there untill a few month before OoW came out.
Quit do to work, not enough play time, and the dread of all the flagging you had to do just to advance.
I live in WV, US. and I am 33. Joined SoD Jan 17, 2006.
First char in eq was an sk that I lvled to 55. (Drakot = long time deleted )
Had many alts (2 accounts)
Druid = Gaterr
Mage = Kazzdex
war = Colbalt
ranger = Connerr
cleric = Dundric
more or less one of each class.
Raided some with my guild MoTD but never did get anywhere cause of not having much time to spare for it plus being extremely burnt out.
Since I found SoD the old fun feeling has come back to me.
SoD is the most fun I've had since I started EQ back on Lanys. The ppl here bring back the great memories I have from back then.
I'm playing an SK. He's lvl 27 atm and I'm loving every moment of it.
Haven't really looked into any of the guilds as of yet since I play odd hours some times and not sure if there is any guilds that are more in the EST. time frame.
