How do innate fear and fear aa stack?

I am not sure this is the right place, so feel free to move to wherever (classes and gear?).

I have bought the 3rd AA level of fear resistance, wich is 30%.
My char is a dwarf, and has 35% innate fear resistance as well.

How does it work? (Do they add? If then how would they add (30+35 or 30% of the "basic" fear resist + 35% of the "basic" fear resist, wich makes much lower % in the end, or whatever other possibility).
And how also does it work related to MR. IE: do you first have a fear resist check, then a MR check, or does the fear resistance adds to the MR, or whatever other possibility it can be?

Racial fear resistance bonuses are figured in last I believe (Wiz has said before something along the line that if you had a 10% chance to resist a fear, with the Iksar bonus you'd have 12%).

So I'd imagine that your character has some base fear resistance bonus based on magic resistance or whatever (let's just use 20% for this example) + 30% from AA... so 50% base. With your dwarf bonus, it'd be 50%*1.35=67.5% rather than 50%+35%=85%
