I just hit level 20 and went to try my new house (this was after wiz said it was now open to everyone). I actually had donated prior to this to get a character moved but /cm housekey didn't work for me so I just figured I had to be a regular donor or now wait until 20.
When I entered the house area I tried all three doors and got the message that you had to be a "silver, gold or plat" donor to enter. I did /bug but it still doesn't work. I'm guessing we don't get feedback on /bugs so I'm wondering is this a known problem that will be addressed later or am I doing something wrong. Not being impatient but thought I'd ask in case it was just me. I asked in game a couple times and didn't get any responses except one person who said they had the same problem.
A friend who plays with me can get in his house. Though he had a key pre level 20 as he donated (again just to move a character). This is why I think it's a bug or I'm not flagged correctly.
