anyone found the Sun Runestone for the quest this little bugger gives out? his dialogue obviously points to surefall to find it, but i've searched every square inch of that place several times and havent found anything. thanks
 
searched all through surefall a few seperate times again today, even searched the roofs, still no luck though.
 
As I passed through there a few days ago, I saw a bag lying on the ground near the group of elves. Someone else must of came by and picked it up. So you'll have to wait till it respawns again. Off hand I don't know the respawn time, so unless you don't mind waiting stick around and wait. Otherwise pop in a few times to see if its up.

Can these items be checked again, the last post was from a long time ago and i have been lookin for 2 of these items for weeks. I foudn the blackburrow one, and the west badlands....but cant find the surefall one, and the last one..i have no clue...perhaps its in the lake in front of him since it states 'he kicks a pebble into the lake'


any thoguhts or ideas..
 
I have found all of these stones.

Two spawn in Blackburrow. One in the little creek above the bit pit, and the other on the bottom of the lake at the bottom of the pit.

One spawns in SFG behind a tree near where that female Wood Elf is sitting, a little behind and to the right of the Ranger guild.

The last one spawns in the water just off the dock in the fishing village in WBL, the one where Taron Wardsoul lives. Its a few feet in from the dock where that fishing gnome/halfling merchant sits.

This worked as of 2 weeks ago.
 
Indeed the items are still present and spawning. You may very well be passing them by or someone had come along and snatched it up. Though the one in Surefall blends in quite well with the surroundings, so its a little game of hide and seek with that one.
