hl undercaverns is literally aids

Turning hluc into a 65 farm zone is a nice idea so then it actually sees some regular usage (especially with dru/wiz ports so close), but this is not mutually exclusive to reducing the robot aggro range a touch. Let's do both.
 
If they want to keep the zone irritating for lore and MQ purposes, bumping up the loot and level of mobs would probably be the best idea. Let's be real, people don't go there to XP and it'd be a lot less painful doing MQs and quests there if the xp wasn't absolutely terrible.

Even with the levels buffed up the mobs are way too annoying to want to sit there and XP.
 
This zone is like 30 minute per character for mq and you never come back until you need anti magic plating. Seems like one of the least worrisome things in the quest to be the best. If anything i think citadel needs to be made better. Here are some of my ideas, revert the zone to how it was in around 2012. I think with this detailed strategy we could have ourselves a really fun new zone to experience in.
