Hint on Gathur?

I've been regularly clearing the dwarftown in Crystal Caverns while trying to find Gathur (for a pristine bauble). So far, no luck.

I'm not looking for a giveaway on ph/locs, but was curious to know if any kind soul might confirm whether or not he's on the same 30-min spawn timer as the rest of the dwarves?
 
no problem yopodo :) cc was good to me... i got my 226k charm and hung up my farming clothes.

..then i put on my cool kid clothes and stopped hanging out with thade
