High Resolution textures

Hi guys, I've got the Titanium Edition of the game on a fresh install for SoD (no live patching at all), but does anyone know how I can install the high res texture pack for old world zones (the ones included in Luclin)?

On live it seems to be autoapplied through the patch process and the patcher has a big button which says: Upgrade Textures (grayed out for me).

But I notice all the old world zones are still on the oldskool textures on SoD.

Any help would be appreciated.

Last time I reinstalled six or seven years ago, when I installed the luclin addon there would be a button you could click on or off from the luclin CDs. How it works from Titanium, I do not know.
