New player here , just wanted to say hello , and I'm looking forward to meeting some of you in game. I played EQ for several years casually, never big into raiding or anything. I just have to figure out what class I want to play now and I'm set, everything seems to be up and working well.

As to your class dilemma, Class Info on Wiki. That link should give you all the basic info you need on what class suits you. Main way to look though is do you want to be up front tanking, on the sidelines pumping mad melee dmg, in the back nuking, healing everyone from constant death, or performing much needed utility. Once you know which role you want to perform getting the right class for it is easy. ^_^
