Fansubbing is fan subtitling...had to google it though to find that out.

I just put some translations on anime episodes... And the other team members do all other various tasks.
And then, you can watch anime episodes with japanese audio and english/french subtitles.
There are some popular animes that a lot of you are watching, I think
