I played Winters Roar about a year ago. Had a level 60 Troll Beastlord and had to quit playing for a while. I ended up joining the Army and such. Now its over a year later and apparently Winters Roar became Shards of Dalaya?

Was kinda interested in starting playing again. Wondering if since I stopped playing if my account was still around. I remember passing off my character to someone (long time ago don't remember who). Was wondering if was anyway to check if character was being actively played or just chilling.. or if it was wiped due to inactivity.

Also, does anyone remember me? This was a while back, heh.

Ah well any response would be appreciated, have to go to work now.

ex- Jotto 60 Troll Beastlord (Think I was second beastlord to get to level 60 and first troll one)

Also I have no idea how I had an active account on the forum, I just guessed at the password and got it lol :)

Apparently all words associated with that other "live" game have been removed from the server to avoid unneeded legal problems. And Dubya Arr is one of them.
 
As for your old account, it should still be there with the same login pass, you may need to need to re-activate it in-game via another account though...

Ah, didn't know there was any legal issues for it, appologize for that then.

Don't really remember login or pass, was while back. Now that i type that out it sounds all fishy and shit lol. Maybe if I can get around to getting back in game I can speak with an admin about it, just gotta find some cd's.

I remember running around the deep w/ you zhak, yeah while a while back.

Think my most memorable moment in the game was killing geonids and I was complaining in ooc about how boring they were and a GM spawned "an incredibly interesting geonid" or something like that. Was a good laugh :).
Had some screenshots on my old ftp site back home.

Well glad to see at least someone remembers me :).

Edit: After looking at the wanelo, I see that someone has played him some since I let him go, but at the same time he looks like he's just sat there for a while since he isn't past 61.

Does anyone know who currently has control of him so that maybe i could toss them an email or such?

The last time he was logged on was 17 days ago, though he's still on the same account, where you left him.
 
Anyway of knowing who it was that logged him on so that I could get in contact with them?
 
No, but if I remember correctly, you gave your account info to Annikaala, did you not? She plays WoW now, though.
 
I don't think I gave it to her, but its possible. Not really sure who I gave it to.

I'll find my everquest cd's and see if I can remember what my account was or just start a new character and ask around and see who it was I gave em to.

Welp trying to come back again, but as you can see the last time I came back was at the end of 2005, I've since lost my details again. Waiting for account recovery thing to go through now, and once it does I'll be in game. :D

Edit: and I know this is wrong forum for hello's or whatever, just bumping my own thread from way back when to maybe assist with account verification stuff.
