Hi all!  I was a long time MMORPG player, took a slight break but had the bug lately to start playing it again.  Going to start installing tonight, might take a while to find and get to LDON but hoping to play with you all at the end of the week!

Any good advice on where to start is greatly appreciated.....

In a former life I was a 63 high elf pally, looking to try something new though....

Hey! welcome to SoD!! From what I remember, you can still play without LDoN. You'll just not be able to go to certain places. The Tech support forum has lots o'good stuff in there. :toot:
 
Well that is good to know, I have been thinking about it all day, LoL! To bad I have something to do tonight and can't play but I will start the install :dance:

There's a lot of really awesome things Pally's can do here, might want to check it out!
 
Thanks for the welcome all! Got it installed and setup, had a bit of a hectic week this week so only go to play around in the dream so far...but tonight gonna be able to play for a while and get out of the dream. :dance: :dance:

For now I made a cleric, they were always my second favorite and as much as I love my Pally, I wanted to try something a little different....But knowing me a Pally will be made =)
