After reaching Ally status with Stormkeep last night, and with a few marvelous stones and some stormforged armor no hand, I went to Storm's Eye to upgrade to Ornate.
Upon zone-in, I see Herald ? (last name forgotten, no game access at this time), and speak with him.
He has a /cm D1 concerning Storm's Eye's history, but the chat link seems to be broken. (/cm D1 and manually typing the text did not net a response.)
