If I'm understanding your problem correctly, the window has been moved offscreen, you need to move it back.
This might work. alt tab to it, then hit alt+space+m, then hit an arrow key, then move your mouse.
If in fact you mean you see the entire window, and it is just at the top left, you can just change the resolution in the progs options.
