HELP! West Freeport doesnt work!

Ok, last night i zoned into West Freeport and it said that it couldnt find the file for FreeportW and that i should contact the 888 number, or first the everquest.com website. Does anyone else know of this? And if everquest.com cant help me, what should i do???
 
Did you download the game or install via the cds? The live game uses different versions of freeport AFAIK (but I thought we had fixed that issue).


As an aside, we don't recommend downloading the game. You can buy the all the expansions up to GoD for like 10$ US via ebay or the like.
 
i downloaded the game, and looked in my files and didnt see the file they were referring too in the 'zone not found' alert. Where should i go to find it?

These zones were revamped on Live.

Did you follow this guide to the letter? It sounds to me as if you've patched past LDoN. If you did not follow the guide to the letter, start over and try it again. If you did, then try a 'Repatch All' on the SoD patcher.

Actually we need to update the starting guide to reflect the fact that we use GoD models and will soon be using GoD zones. So, you should technically be patched up to GoD.

I see. Will this affect the Freeport zone files?
 
If you downloaded the game I'm not really sure how it will effect you. I have Titanium. I patched to live up to GoD and reptached all to SoD and I haven't had any issues. :shrug:

Yeah yeah ... I'll fix it as soon as I can.
 
Yeah, I'm taking a guess that this problem happens with all adjacent zones to Freeport for those who dunt have the right files.

So far I've:
uninstalled, and reinstalled
Patchd up to live to GoD after reading this post
Did a Patch All with SoD patcher....


Results: Ruenki is STILL stuck in Nro zone T_T
