Any allegation to the fact that you are leaving the forums and/or game on a permanent basis will result in you actually leaving the forums and/or game on a permanent basis, unless your goodbye post is of a good natured sort (Saying your goodbyes before you go is fine, saying you quit out of spite gets you banned, and so forth).

So we can't repeatedly post that we're leaving the game/forums? And we can't reply we quit as an answer to a post (some change in the game, or an answer in the balancing issues / S&R, I guess)?

You can quit as much as you want, but if you state that you're quitting here (in a non good natured way) we'll ban your accounts, so that you really are quitting and not just saying it to try to win sympathy or prove a point.
