Help making Avatar smaller! Help!

hmmm, how about using Photo shop...or MS paint even? Yahoo says the image is unavaliable so im just kinda guessing but its not that hard to resize an image.

add a space in end of link...

well, look like impossible to shrink in small size because there are somewhat small texts on it.
