Help Her Choose!

Long time fan of Live, and now I come to Dalaya. I know all the classes, inward and out, and I'm sure which class I want to play (Enchanter).

However, my girlfriend, Arrie, isn't so sure!

She states that she loves her enhancement shammy in WoW, but also likes to heal. Her healing mindset comes to light because in previous games everyone is always in need of a healer, and she wants groups. I was wondering what the climate for grouping was like as one leveled up, specifically if it would be better for her to be a healer, etc.

In any circumstance, she's landed on a ranger for now, but I'm not sure where she belongs. She says she will NOT be a pure caster, but I think she'd maybe like a druid or a shaman instead of the ranger. Anyones thoughts? What's super-needed in a group right now?

Druids can always get groups since they are a healer (and by always get groups I mean that IF a group is forming, they will need a healer, but groups aren't always forming) and they are also great at soloing. A shaman is also a blast to play and can do a lot of things on SoD (not AS good as they were on Live, but still very good). I would definitely go with one of these classes and lean more towards the (overpowered) druid class.
 
I think Druid might be the best choice if she likes to heal and have the option to DPS. Druids are desired in groups and are pretty good at soloing too. Having the ability to port at will is nice too even with the option of Mansion of Portals for those classes that can't.

But on the actual topic, I really enjoy my druid and the versatility the class prvides. If you are playing with an enchanter as you say, then a charmed pet + druid buffs / heals is pretty WIN.
 
Druid hands down. When forming a group I aim to get a cleric and a druid both, that way we have spot heals or DPS as needed. Kept many, many groups alive when a cleric got smacked down.
