help getting started

I recently was refered to Winter's Roar. I printed up all the instructions, followed them exactly. Double and tripple checked all the steps.
The problem is this, I get to the make a new char, when i finish the first screen and click next I get "Your client has crashed" and poof nothing works.
Anyone have a clue here???

Recheck your install.

The Setup Guide has a troubleshooting section and the first 3 questions involve what your asking about here. It would seem that you need to redo step B3.
