help finding a drop

i was wondering if any of you cats know of any names that drop boots in goblinskull moutains, or any nmes for that matter

Just outside the docks, there's a boat near the shore. I was exploring and went swimming there and found a zombie looking mob swimming just under the boat. I killed it and she dropped some no drop boots, class none. Might be what you're looking for. Sorry I don't remember the name of the boots or the mob, but it was a while ago, just after the Starfall quests were implemented.
 
I actually killed that mob last night. The name was a drowned sailor or something close to that, he conned blue to me at 35. He dropped a pair of plate looking boots, ancient tarnished boots or something to that regards, some zombie skin, and a mace. The boots were no drop with no stats btw.
 
i ogt the boots finished the quets and got the boots of spite.

now if someone can tell me witch mobb drops the sword hilt in meilech i will be even more greafull
 
It's off the Froglok Swordsman. He's in the northeast corner of MielechA, up where the Froglock Brewmaster is. There's a froglok soldier who is his PH.

Could you post the names and locations of the other two NPCs who drop the Symbols of Rage and Savagery for the boots?
