Hello, just wanted to stop by and say what's up

I'm an ooooold winters roar player and have come back!

You guys have really captured the old school feel of EQ, but made it an entirely different game and just wanted to say mad props. I've had nothing but helpful people and gm's answer all my questions in game and I can't believe what an amazing community is here

Current toons are
Tkon(32 Human Magician)/Tkons(32 Human Warrior)
Tkonpk(25 Iksar Monk)/Tkonpks(25 Iksar Shaman)
Naokt(13 Erudite Shadow Knight)/Naokts(13 Erudite Cleric)

What do you guys think are some other fun combos I can use?

I'll also be putting out an OpenVPN/SSH solution for SoD here in the future

Most questions you might have have probably already been answered there so if there is something you don't know you should check that place out. Dont ever say you dont like the wiki though as you will feel the wrath of rari.

I think he meant combos as in 2box setups given the context of his post. Some possible ones could be Wizard plus Bard or maybe Necro. Or maybe Druid+Enchanter that utilizes charm (not sure how viable it is on this server though), or Druid+Beastlord.

I've never really deviated from the tank/monk plus healer boxing setup so I'm not sure exactly how they all perform. I'd encourage you to group up whenever possible no matter what classes are involved though. Not only does the experience formula encourage it, it's also usually more fun.

I had alot of fun with ranger/bst. also monk/sk so if shit hits the fan you just play deadx2 haha. Never really played any of the int casters so i couldn't think of anything with that. Mag/Bst probably works well.
