Hey there. I am a total newbie to WR. Infact I haven't even created my first character!

But I would like to say thank you for putting all the work into this game and I hope that it could be my new mmo home.

In honesty im more into rp'ing now. One of the things that upset me about my eqlive experience was that it never seemed that I could be of any real help. Most people had such uber gear it was like i'd need to get out a scientific calculater to figure out how many hours i'd need to spend to get even close to catching up.

Anyway :) My char will probley be Aesdyn, so hopefully I meet some people!
 
welcome to WR. hope you enjoy yourself.

WR is much easier geared and much more casual friendly, you still have to earn your keep and your gear, but you can lvl up pretty well with whatever you can beg borrow or steal.

i still had a leather cloak on at 60, and still do matter of fact

so enjoy the game, i think you will find alot of folks just enjoying the old eq experience again
