Hello there,

I'm Funzy (Quake 1) / Magoth (Eqemu) / Edgare (live) / Decayed (WoW... oops).

As an old Live player, I'm very pleased to join this community. Game is like a drug for me.. I've tested several mmo games, I've being involved in a very good WoW guild but I've never found the fun I had on the Game.
Today, I see a serious server community based on my favorite game. I don't have the choice, I must join it!

Now, I've a question. As you can see, my english skills are far to be maxed :x Yes, that's because I come from Europe. As SoD has some nice raids contents, I hope there are some Euro guilds out there ;)

Wazz: Yes Quake(World) was a very nice multi game, there were a lot of competitions in the world... I even remember the matches DR(usa) vs [9](swede), very impressive.

Puhutues78: I'm in France.. you know the country where peoples burn cars and attack the police :)

Okay, I've started a ranger named Drivia, she's level 4 actually. The leveling is long and the starting levels seem to be difficult. That's probably why I didn't play this game for some time but, to be honnest, I like it, it makes me remember the old time. I really like the specialize system wich makes every character more unique.

I guess I'll spend several months of pexing before attaining the level cap ;) Anyway, this server sounds very promising and after watching some SoD raid videos on youtube.com, I can't wait to gain in levels and powers ;)

Hello there,

I've been playing this server for 2 weeks now. I'm really impressed how professionnal and stable it can be.

First, it really makes me remember the old times on Live, the leveling is long (can be faster depending of the player's skills), the fights are tights. You are very happy when you gain a level so you can buy your new spells.
Second, the community sounds mature and respectfull.
Third, Wiz and the SoD's team won't allow constant winners (the constant winners can ruin a server...)

I've really enjoyed thoses 2 weeks and I will definitly continue to play on it.

ps: And if you plan to start a first character on SoD, don't do like me. READ the wiki and learn how certain things are importants (like the Charisma for casters :p )
