That'll give you the basics of getting up and running -- if you haven't already, go buy the game. Unless I'm mistaken, you can still get the Underhill compilation pack (contains all the expansions you need for here) from Steam for $20, and I've heard Direct2Drive has occasional sales on it as well.
The stickied threads in the Technical Support forum here are also helpful for dealing with frequent issues.

That one actually seems a bit out of date on a point or two (example
atcher isn't zipped anymore, new patcher now). This one seems to work a bit more smoothly with the current patcher:How to Setup Shards of Dalaya (patcher 1.80)
