Hello! I'm planning on starting on sod soon (well as soon as a new powersupply comes in for my pc but thats a whole other story) and just figured this would be a good place to start off on a good foot with the community.
I semi dabbled in SoD about a year or so ago (might have been more or less but who knows) but never got a character past 15 or so. Figured I would give it another stab. I played a beastlord to 70 on a "Popular online game"
and quit after i got burned out on a 5 day a week rading schedule... after that I plaed on a server for Macs for this "popular online game" (yes it does exsist ... it's only up to pop and probibly never will go beyond that) and played a Cleric. From there after raiding for a while a few of us in the guild got tired of the server drama and moved to WoW to play socialy (well we all got a little burned out on raiding and the whole OMG You are the Evil guild who is blocking everybody!!!11one!!! stuff that comes with it) but alas... I hate WoW... I dont want to go back to PC popular game due to hateing alot of the newer content and the thought of grinding to 75 is ummm.... ya. The Mac server well... Its more drama then any other MMO i have ever been in... kind of like a little town where everybody is in everybody elses business... (to give you a idea i would have to say the adverage number of people in POK in prime time would be 10-30)
I do belive when my new spiffy power supply comes in tomorrow I will be joining you all as a new lvl 1 cleric (Probibly not the wisest choice, from what i have been snooping around in the threads looks like there are tons of priest bots and that might affect grouping... but the cleric class is by far my favorate.)
