Hey guys I am new to EQ and I was looking for something fun to play online that was free. I have seen my friend play and he was pretty high level. Reading the rules and everything it seems like this game is going to be very fun and enjoyable to play. Any tips for a newcomer? I would love to try playing two characters at once... would this be tough to set up on one computer? Thanks in advanced.
 
It's not hard and all, and the best tip would be to read, and understand, the naming policy. Most people think it's just like on live where we have one but don't follow up on it.

The SoD Wikipedia is your friend, as is the forum's Search. Most questions have been asked before (many times) and those 2 resources will help answer most questions you will have starting off. Also, I would strongly suggest downloading an IRC client such as mIRC, so that you can ask questions/chat in #SoD as well.
