Helleron of the Plains

Sometime ago i became KoS to the centaur survivors and didnt think much of it. I am currently working on my Silver Crown faction aug and have run into a problem with one of the parts. I can not turn my manes in to helleron to get faction with the centaur survivors.

I think when you kill corrupted centaurs you should at least get a + faction hit with the survivors. I havent found any other quest or random mobs to kill to raise my faction and sneak / writ doesnt work either.
