We got one of these in PoNightmare.

It is a belt, and made of silk, but has a type 3 augment slot.

I would like to request that it be changed to a type 5 so that our tank classes still have a spot for their Council / Silver Crown / Blackscale augs while wearing this.
 
IIRC, from another post, it had been mentioned that most belts were Type 5 for that very reason.

Not sure if this was the original intent or not, but many belts and cloaks are type 5 allowing a place for plate classes to keep their SC/BS/CoI augs.

But that's really besides the point. A "Silk" item really should have a type 5 slot. A type 3 just doesn't make sense.
