Heavenly Wrath: type 3 haste (25%?), outdoor only, 2 second cast time

The recast appears to be 4 hours(?), and the duration although appears on the parser as 1 minute, has an averaged duration of about 30 seconds as shown in the following logs:

[Tue Aug 01 00:58:44 2006] You feel swifter.
[Tue Aug 01 00:59:11 2006] Your Heavenly Wrath spell affecting Lunel has worn off.

I understand the types of haste and that it stacks with Stength of the Sun etc, so I only ask that it be looked at. As an overhaste (although type 3) with a 4 hour recast and 30 second duration does seem a bit out of place.

That definitely seems like a bug. My spell editor shows it as having a duration of 10 ticks, which is indeed 1 minute. Buglist it if possible.

Buglist seems to be buggy at the moment, I'll try and get back to it when it's back to normal though
